That's what the French giant revealed to OXM at E3 last week.
Apparently Ubisoft was originally working with Israeli image sensing company, 3DV, before Microsoft acquired it to develop Kinect last year.
Thus - in Ubisoft's words - this means that its fitness game has 'more sophisticated and accurate motion tracking' than the other Kinect titles present at this year's E3 show.
In case you missed the E3 announcement (and we don't blame you if you did), Fitness Evolved has players performing various exercise moves in tandem with a virtual instructor via Kinect's cameras.
Ubisoft says that its Player Projection tech enables it to detect more than a million points on a player's body, which is a staggering amount compared to the 16 offered as standard by Kinect.
Other sources at the show were more cautious however. OXM were told the PrimeSense tech only refers to the camera, and not the skeleton-tracking tech which was developed entirely in-house by Microsoft Research, which will also contribute.
Exercises include Zen classes and combat training, so THQ's UFC Trainermight have competition.
